help - nandroid backup error

[Langella7]

I am trying to restore a nandroid backup and everyone comes up with the following error "Error : run 'nandroid-mobile.shrestore' via adb!

i tried restoring factory defaults and then doing the restore and it still didnt work. I have also tried restores that i know i have used in the past.

how much free space do you have on the SD card? 99% of the time this error occurs from not enough space to store the backup

i just tried to create a backup and i got the same message Error : Run 'nandroid-mobile.sh' via adb ! I have a 8 gig sd card and 95% is free. What could be causing this?

i think i know what caused this error for me.. I never did partition my sd card so i was attempting a nand+ext backup when i just needed to do straight nand backup.

Or should i still do a nand+ext backup? But the regular nand backup worked...
