Help need an apk

I hope someone can help me. I'm currently in china studying chinese and I'm trying to download a program for my phone. However, I cant access google play/android market from here (its china). I was wondering if someone can download it (the apk) for me and email it to me. it's a free database program called:

My Data by PortoFarina.

The first person who can email it to me if they like can leave me a postal address and I'll mail you a post card from where I am in china

If i can get this program it will help me big time with my studies.

I'm afraid such action would be contrary to Google's T&C; apps are licensed to the account used to download/install them, and to then redistribute even free apps is in breach of that.

I suggest that you contact the developer of the app to find out if alternative solutions are available.
