Root help. need default messaging apk cuz im dumb

so i reflashed my eris and then was fiddling in titanium backup to get rid of the nonsense. BUT, accidentally deleted messaging thereby making my phone only capable of sending. ie, i cannot receive texts

can someone send me the messaging apk or tell me how to pull it out of the rom zip, rather than flashing again?

You should be able to flash over without wiping data and it will copy back the messaging app without overwriting or erasing data. Of course, it would also help if you said which ROM you are using.
