Root Help need "status bar gone"

Ok so i recently added the admiral monster 4 ROM and everything worked fine. so i was exploring and saw the cloud v3 theme so i downloaded it and now no status bar and cant even access debug mode any help?

and also my bro thaught he was a genius and tried to fixed it with the recovery and deleted the formatted the SD card so now its stuck on the boot screen "SCH-R720 SAMSUNG"

Can you get into recovery?

if you can still get into recovery mode you can still put stuff onto your sd card, hope you backed up everything you mate and have a nandroid backup lying around
