Help Help needed for WiFi, please?

Hi again, another newbie question.... how do I get the WiFi to work?

Menu > Settings > About Phone > Hardware Information >
Hardware version
0002
WiFi MAC address
Unavailable
Bluetooth address
Unavailable

So I assume there is something I should do to enable using WiFi on my Incredible ...?
Using 3G all the time is very slow at my house.
I have my home internet service through AT&T DSL (not as fast as cable, but I didn't want to buy into a Comcast package since I don't watch TV).
What do I do if I forgot the login key that I originally used to connect the router?

Go to Settings > Wireless & networks and check the WiFi box. This will turn WiFi on, but there are widgets (Power Control should be included with the phone) that can do this from your homescreen. You should now be able to see any wireless networks available, you can do this from the WiFi settings.

If you've forgotten the password to your router, you may need to reset it and set up your security settigns again. That's a whole other discussion, but if you type the model number of your router into Google you should get more than enough information.
