Help Help Needed- Huawei G600, lock screen disabled by administration or encryption policy or credential

Hi guys,

I have a Huawei G600 and last day something bad happened for my phone, I just tried to remove my pattern lock screen and I faced that some options of my lock screen has been disabled ( switched off ), these options includes "Not Locked" , " 2D Unlock" and "Face Unlock", below these three option has been written:
"Disabled by Administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage"!!
and other options such as "Pattern" "PIN" and "password" are enable!!
I really don't know what has caused this problem!! really confused and a little stressed :-(
any solution to enable them back?
if any screenshot needed, will be uploaded :-(

Did you happen to recently install an Antivirus or anti-malware program on your phone? Some of them set themselves up as Device Administrators so that you can use advanced stuff like remotely wiping or locking your phone if it gets lost.

If so, then uninstalling your antivirus program from your phone should restore your lock screen options.

You'll need to root the device to remove that. It's added by Google and is considered a system app. Root will give you access to the /System partition so you can remove it.
