Help help needed with apps,andriod virgin

hi i am very confused,lol
i have this phone on 3 mobile,
i have downloaded kies,and conected my phone to laptop iv downloaded a couple of free apps,
only to have a pop up telling me this doesnt support my phone argh,so they are stuck in downloads unable to install,

any help you can give would be great

It happened the same to me... I think the problem is Kies only works with phones with samsung operating system (OS). Our phone (Samsung Galaxy) works with Android OS not samsung OS, that`s why Kies does not support our phones.

I could be wrong, though

Could you let me know what the apps are?
It may help identifying if the apps are compatable
