Help help needed with galaxy ace 2

Hi all, new to this forum and sorry if it has been posted else where. I am in the uk and bought a galaxy ace 2 from a phones4u shop. Today while in use the phone turned itself off for no apparent reason and I tried to turn it on and it vibrated but nothing came on the screen. I decided to do a battery pull and removed sim card for 10 minutes and still the same result. I then tried leaving them in and trying to charge the phone but it stayed off. I tried turning it on and it came on until the screen where it shows samsung and then turned off by itself again and now doesnt turn on at all. Has anyone else had this problem or know h9w to fix it. If so the help would be so appreciated thanks in advance

No thats never happened to me bud, it doesnt sound good. My advice, If you have not long purchased it then contact Phones4U for a replacement, if its been awhile then have them repair the phone.
Best of luck.

I second that. It sounds like total death. Take it back. Depending how long you've had it, check online what your rights are regarding are fix/replacement.

Sounds like your phone is bricked. As others have said, if the phone is still relatively new take it into the store for repairs/replacement. If you have tried flashing custom ROMS at any point or rooting your device then it's all on you.

There is another way more simple posibility though. The battery could be defunct. When you take it back to the store ask them to try the phone with a fresh battery.

If you are out of warranty with the store try contacting Samsung directly. If you are out of warranty with both, buy a replacement battery and try that. Otherwise, I'm afraid you're on your own.
