Root help needed with ics and play store

ok guys i installed aokp milestone 5 rom with the gapps zip and it didnt show up.... i lost clockwork mod and i have no way to install it through recovery cause it only shows the ex sd card and i have no way to get into the usb storage... please tell me theres a way to get play store on this rom???? i also forgot im on a mac using heimdall

I had this issue with CM9. I had to use MOBILE ODIN or ODIN to Flash CWM5 again to flash the ROM and GAPPS. MOBILE ODIN is well worth the $5
