Can anyone help with what these love heart icon/notifications are on a Samsung galaxy phone please before I possibly end a relationship and make myself look a fool ha ha

I'm not familiar with the icons in question. However, there is no reason to look like a fool. Asking someone in a relationship what the icons are seems reasonable. If you lack that line of communication, your relationship is already in a questionable state. I don't want to sound uncaring but trust is the very foundation of a relationship. Ask and not accuse. A simple reply is all that is required to dash away your fears or confirm them.
