help needed!

recently my htc got problem and i went for repair. they changed my motherboard and now my desire is to unable 'screen timeout'. i had set the timeout setting to 15secs. i also tried turning on/off the phone, factory reset. however none of the method works. it just won't timeout. please help....cuz its battery draining if it dont timeout

did you try to hard reset or soft reset the mobile phone? Is the option 'enable screentimout' in gray and cannot be chosen?

You can:
1. Get it repaired again
2. Manually turn the screen off by pressing the power button.

My advice is hang on to the receipt.
