Help Help needed

Few months ago, I updated my X8 and it asked me to remove press the turn off button and press the backwards button and stuff I don't remember exactly. Anyway, when I did that and turned it on again, this screen showed up:

Can anyone help please?

You could try updating again using Sony Ericsson Update Service Aino? - Update Service - Downloads - Mobile phones - Support - Sony Ericsson

Ignore the fact that it says Aino, you get to choose your model when you start running it. This should reset the firmware for you. If this doesn't solve the issue then I would get it looked at by a technician either via your retailer/carrier or SE direct.

Thanks mate. I have another question, what does that screen means? Some told me that it's the safety/recovery mode screen, is it true?
