Root HELP: No 3G problem on Velocity 1.1

Hey all, after shutting off my wifi today my data connection did not come back. I've tried wiping caches and reflashing velocity but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!
 
This has happened to me before too. I solved it by turning Wifi back on and back off and it came back.
