Root Help! No baseband, no IMEI

I'm trying to get Maximus working but I'm not successful. It's waste of my time.

Before:
super cid, soff
hboot 2.16
radio 1.20

After:
Super cid, soff
hboot 2.15
radio 1.13
I'm not sure the radio that is suitable with my phone. I think it's from UK.
HTC T Mobile, cid htc_001

I have tried to flash UTB rom but no baseband, no imei, no network carrier. what should i do ?
Please help me! Thank you

I did it And my phone bricked when I try to soff again. Must repair with Riff box
