Root Help! No Service Help!

I was rooting my friend's LG Optimus M, After that i couldn't get service. He took it to MetroPCS but they couldn't fix it.
 
Just a quick note, make sure you didn't accidentally erase the MEID from the programming. From click Menu -> Settings -> About phone -> Status and make sure the MEID HEX doesn't show A0000000000000. If there are still numbers mixed in, then the above fix will work.
