Root Help! Noob just rooted = ROM confusion

Okay, so I just rooted my Incredible using unrevoked3:

I backed up all of my applications and data using Titanium.
I installed and downloaded CyanogenMod 7 (the newest version) w/ Google Apps using ROM Manager

There's a little menu that says "ROM Pre-Installation" and it lists 'Backup Existing ROM' and 'Wipe Data and Cache'

Questions:

1: What the heck am I supposed to do in order to get the new ROM on my phone with it functioning and syncing like it does now (with HTC Sense)?

2: How do I get my contacts and applications back onto my phone after I change the ROM?

Cm7 does not work with sense. Do NOT use rom manager to install any roms. Manually boot into clockwork to install the rom and google apps. There are plenty of tutorials on this forum and the internet in general.

Titanium backup will restore your apps(get the paid version) and do not restore system data, if your contacts are backed up to google they will automatically be restored.

Okay, so only CM6 will work with the Incredible?

How do I manually boot into clockwork?

I apologize, i'm a complete Droid noob, please be patient with me haha.

I think I did this already in titanium. I selected 'backup current ROM' and the process that's happening now looks an awful lot like what was happening.

It's in the clockwork folder, then in the download, then download.cyanogen folder. Then google apps is is the goo-inside. me folder. You need to flash that after the rom.
