Help Help! Not getting emails...

I have my Epic about 10 days. It seems that emails are not coming through (hotmail and bellsouth). I'll notice that the last emails on my phone were hours ago, so I try refreshing each email address and nothing happens. Then I'll try shutting the phone off and then on again
 
Thanks, but it wouldn't work for me to forward all to gmail. I have 2 hotmail accounts and a bellsouth account and I get a lot of mail. I don't really like gmail.
Is this a problem for everyone?
When I had the RANT, I got my hotmails with no problem, but I couldn't get bellsouth (had to forward those to a hotmail account).
