When I make phone calls, they can't hear me but I can hear them. I tried on speaker and bluetooth, they can here me but other than that no. Anyone has come across this problem. it happened yesterday, went away, now it happened again.

Phone is less than a month old.

Toggle it and see if things improve.

That happened to me once, I accidently pulled down the notification and muted my call with my ear somehow.... just a thought.

Did that no work, hard reset, factory format, nothing works. The moment I try to press on google now sound, it crashes. S-voice, voice recorder, calls etc, nothing hears me. All sound is turned on etc.

With all the trouble you are having I would have the N2 looked at and maybe exchanged.
