Root Help!!! Phone cannot send or receive calls or text.

I have had my Lg Esteem for about 3 months now. I have a custom rom(Number 2 rom version 1.6.1) that i downloaded from someone hear through the forums that was working great and had my phone running fast with great battery life. About 2 weeks ago my phone just stopped receiving or sending calls as well as text. Has anyone else had this problem? All my media works just fine, just not the actual phone portion. Can anyone help or guide me in the right direction?
 
Have you removed or frozen any system apps? I have removed what I thought was a useless app before and turns out it was needed for the phone to work.
I would suggest flashing #2 again, and if that doesn't work you could try wiping data. Don't know why or how but I had several problems a few weeks ago with texts, calls, and the play store, and wiping data fixed it all.

If all that fails, did you forget to pay your bill?

Yup..bill is paid..I haven't messed with any system apparel since I installed the rom..and I tried to wipe data already.
 
ok..i have flashed the stock rom back unto my phone..now when i go to the dialer and press the number key..it goes to the lg hidden menu
