Help HELP: phone constantly restarts after software update

my phone is constantly restarting/rebooting randomly. So far, i don't notice any patterns as they all seem to happen at random times. All I know is that it started happening after I updated to the latest software update. Anyone have any advice on what to do? I would really like to avoid having to reformat my phone.

You could try clearing the cache and hope it helps.

(I've concluded that you should always prepare to do a Factory Data Reset after a system upgrade. Maybe you won't need to do it. You should be prepared though because the odds are that you will.)

okay so I did a factory reset and the problem persists. Time to claim warranty replacement?

If clearing the cache doesn't solve it then I would take it in for replacement.

That does not work on the M. I just use a cache cleaner app.
