i flash via CWM via rom manager (LG esteem 4g) and phone does not start
So you flashed CWM via ROM manager and rebooted the phone and now it wont start? It wont go into CWM im assuming?

sorry .. problem solved remove the battery 4 times until the phone start
There are two options in rom manager
lg esteem 4g
and
lg esteem
the first did not work .. to anyone happens the same problem ..
i scare ... i flashed the second option .. and all good

Ive used the 4G option and it worked fine.
Sounds like a bad flash or it didnt flash at all. That's why they give the wifi warning before hand. So there wont be any interruptions and cause a bad flash. I forgot to flash CWM one time and clicked reboot recovery from android commander and was instantly like oh shit. I had to pull the battery several times before it finally booted up.

If you have a stable connection you dont need wifi.
Plus wifi is more unstable then a normal 4 G connection so it's kinda backwards.
I've flashed CWM well over 50 times over the span of 5 phones or so and NOT once have I ever had a problem. Half of those were manual installs, something most of you will never have to do. lol
