Root HELP: Phone doesn't pop up on computer when plugged in

So I Downgraded to 2.3.3 and then did the S-off root. Then I flashed incredible 2 HD V4 ROM everything works perfect. But I wanted to add the 4.0 patches. I go to plug my phone into the computer and nothing happens. Nothing pops up and theres no safe remove icon in lower right corner of comp. Also nothing pops up on my phone that it is connected. However, the computer makes the sound when you connect the phone or usb that it is connected. I can also see it in device manager and it is there. The drivers say they are all working correctly. I have USB debugging on. Why is this not working properly? Thanks a lot

I believe with that ROM you have to enable "auto mount", which is an app that came with the ROM install to address the issue.
That was the only real bug I remember from that awesome ROM.
