Root Help. Phone stuck in CWM Recovery

Phone was rooted on ZVD runnin idrifta LG LD ZVD Rom. I factory reset the phone and wiped internal memory. Then went into clockwork mod and wiped /data, cache, davlik, and formatted system (which I think is my issue).
I tried to flash a new rom from SD card and even do a restore to stock bloated ZVD. But each time it just keeps rebooting into CWM. I was going to try to use the LG update tool. But it just says my phone is already updated.

ur gonna have to take ur SD out and put it in a adapter if u have one that's the only way
