Can you let us know what you exactly did that caused your phone to stuck at red triangle ?

The phone would start and get to the home screen then turn it's self off
so l tried to do a recovery but the phone just goes to the red triangle.
<hold the volume key and press the power button>

l can still turn the phone on but it turns off when it gets to the home screen.
can't really say anymore sorry.

Well the phone is not supposed to behave like this unless you installed something or messed up with root. Since you couldnt say anything about those, the only solution is to take it to the HTC and it will probably be under your warranty if you havent rooted your phone yet.

If your phone is rooted and CWM is installed, then its a different thing and there's solution we can help you with.

hi jubair07
the only thing was l downloaded an app called ZEDGE
But down loaded it on my samsung and that works fine.
haven't rooted the phone but will try if it may help.
not sure what CWM is ?

thanks

Yes have taken it out and put it back.
Taken out left over night put back no difference.
It just start but as soon as it gets on the home screen it turns off.

Try if you can get into bootloader by pressing Volume Down+Power key after turning off the phone ( Hoping you have fast boot turned off, which is very unlikely since you never rooted ). From there select recovery if it works. If not, there are methods, but I would advice use the HTC warranty since its their issue not yours that caused the phone to be in this state.
