I upgraded to 2.2 officially with kies mini and whatnot from the samsung website. No, my phone is not rooted nor am I running any custom ROMs or anything. Everything was going well, and once the process was complete, the phone restarted itself, and now it won't function. After the ATT screen comes up, the "S" galaxy symbol comes up and shines as usual, and then the screen goes black. The phone buzzes every 30 seconds to a minute very briefly like when it first turns on, but nothing works. I've pulled the battery, plugged it in, and it still goes through this process. Help. Please.

Had this problem before. Hold your power button along with your volume buttons until u see a screen that ask you if you want to reset, erase cache, erase data and what not. Go ahead and erase everything on the phone. It should do a factory reset and get it back to 2.1. Try using mini kies again. Also removing your sd card before updating.
