Help Please: Cannot Factory Reset!!!!!!

ive had this problem for months and ive been just reflashing stock rom in odin when needing to wipe...but now ive tried to install a rom and ive tried flashing to stock then rooting then install cwm and tried seeing if factory reset works but still nothing and ive tried multiple ways and i want to end up selling this phone so i need to get this fixed can some please help?

All factory reset does is revert it to a clean blank version of whatever ROM you are running. So to go back to pure stock ODIN is really the only way right now. Just ODIN flash it and then tun it off instead of setting up the phone. Should be as if it came out of the box.

ive tried...even then when its pure stock it doesnt factory reset or anything
