Help Help Please: Force Close Error Problem

Hi, I am new to this forum and new to android. I posted this on the HTC 4G home page, have not recieved any response and then saw this page. I apologize if this is redundant.

My Problem:
I have the HTC Evo and when I am radomly going through emails or using another app, I get the following error:

"SORRY! The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. There is a Button for Force close."

Any help on how I can correct this problem, would be appreciated.

I get this once in a blue moon, i just look past it and keep going. But if it gets to a point where its constantly happening and bugging you the only thing i can think of is a soft reboot then hard reboot if the first one doesnt work.
