Help Help please. My pop up choices

I don't know exactly what it is called, but I will try to explain what I need help with. Say I'm watching Youtube and I click on a link to someone's blog. I then get a pop up window that asks me how I want to view the blog by either viewing it in a pop up window or my Web browser. I can choose between 2 options. One is something that says -always-and the other choice is smething like-just once. I prefer the just once option, but I accidentally chose the use always. How do I get that pop up window options Back?

Go back to the app that is always opening that app in app manager and scroll to the bottom and hit clear defaults and you will be asked again.
