Root help please only goes to lg hidden menu

it froze took out the battery then it said no service but i can use 4g, then i hit pound only brings me to a hidden menu. downgraded same thing, and when i put the usb it puts it in factory mode.:vollkommenauf:
 
No service or searching for service? And check if your prl says 40000 if it does then your I'm test mode :/
 
If his info is gone do it through ##626* our you can do it through lpgnst and add the prl as well through there too.

Someone else can do that if need be i won't have the time today.
 
What version are you on zvb zvc zvd? What rom and kernel were you running? And what exactly happened to cause this? Be honest.

This is beyond a coincidence now being that i helped a girl yesterday that said her phone rebooted and was in test mode.

There has to be a reason for it doing this and it could be in a rom with firmware combination being that it had just now started happening.
 
just bought a esteem but i forgot to pay for it nxt day i did now when i press # it takes me to the lg hidden menu .. then it says searching for service

Yeah I figured it was ZVD. I just don't understand why phones are doing this more often now.

You said your phone just froze and the rebooted into test mode? Had you been on ZVD for a while? Been on the current ROM for a while?
 
Just happened to me this morning. 4G is working but no bars and cant make calls. Last night i was fine was making calls and playing on FB. fell asleep with the phone in the bed but i dont think i slept on it. Woke up really early so i wanted to set the alarm for two hrs later but the phone said it was set for next week and i noticed the time was wrong. called metro 3 different times, first time the signal was reset, 2nd time my info was verified, 3rd time was transfered to tech support, went thru the ## menu setup (had to press * first so it wouldnt go into the secret menu) and still no calls. I'm worried i have to go to the store now :-(

twice in like the last 2-3 months metro has done some serious work to there towers, good work too because now i get 4g at work!! was soo pumped about that lol. but what im thinkin is maybe it's somehow related..? maybe even need to update your prl? im not sure im jus spit ballin here but ya never know.. :D
 
Hello, I am having the same problem. My phone froze, I pulled the battery, and now I have no service. Can someone please help me? Or PM me the solution? Thanks in advance!
