Hi All,

My Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is having issues taking photos and STORING THEM.

I have taken pictures which have then disapeared from my phone/gallery completely after turning the phone off / restarting. The interesting thing is that the tumbnail folder contains lesser quality versions of the camera photos i am missing?!

Another thing is that pdf documents that have previously been cleaned off the phone have reappeared?!

Any thoughts on the situation would be awesome

Are you rooted if not is this the original software and has this been factory reset which u would also have done the SD card

Stock software from samsung not factory reset yet was hoping to avoid if I could but I reckon it probs is the solution

Are you using the stock camera to take pictures and stock gallery to view the pictures?
