hey I'm new to the current technology, and got the htc evo and still trying to learn how it works, and after I set up my e-mail address on it , its going crazy receiving messages every 5 seconds, my question is , how can i take that e-mail account back out of the phone?

Press the menu button > accounts &sync > click on the email account and it will give you the option to remove it.
