When I get call from someone it says the name at same time the
Ringtone plays. Could someone please tell me how to turn that
Voice off? Thnx
 
menu/settings/text to speach and uncheck the ones you are having a issuewith not what phone you have its a droid system
 
I had the same issue and don't have the caller id in my setting but what I found was an app called Privus Mobile that is in my menu and that is what was enabled causing the caller id to go off when my phone would get a call or text....hopefully that helps you!!!!!!!
