Help Help!!!!! Please...

Ok, so around three today, my phone stopped sending and receiving texts, and calls. I've tried everything. When I hit the "Activate" app, it comes up with error code 06-07-7920. I called the service number, they had me turn my phone off and take the battery out for fifteen seconds, and refreshed my account. That was five hours ago - no help. My phone does still get Internet, though whenever I try to text or call, the 3G symbol goes away. Can anyone help me?

The 3g icon will shut off while sending a text or making a call. CDMA networks can only use data or voice (texting and calls), not both at the same time. After the call or text, the 3g icon should come back on by itself.
