Ok so I had the nook color at 1.2.0, and did a manual root on it and it worked. Then it wouldnt pass the boot rainbow screen, Now ive tried everything and got it to start long enough to see what was on it and it said the version was 1.0.1. Now i cant boot with the SDCARD in with autonooter, but when I take the sdcard out, and try to boot it it wont pass the N screen. Ive tried the 8X reset, and the 3 button reset but neither work. Help me out.

Autonooter is not for version 1.2. You'd want manual nooter for that.
Autonooter disk is used just once, after that the internal rom is supposed to boot. All the disk does is patch/install some files so it won't boot.
At this point, you can't boot anyway, maybe you want to check out a custom rom, like CM7? O/W there's instructions to return to stock in the sticky above.
