I tried upgrading to 3.1 and it would fail so I decided to revert back to factory setting from the settings menu. After that was done and the tabe rebooted I am at the welcome screen where you pick a language and hit start. I select English but when i hit start it turns blue but wont go off the welcome screen like when you first boot the tablet for the first time.

Is there any way around this?
 
There is a small reset hole on right side below the usb port try that.

You can also try the Volume - and power buttons Hold the volume down left side of button and power on wait till you feel the vibration before you let go of volume button that should put you into the restore mode.
 
Try this. Plug in a usb keyboard and power on while holding volume down. Keep holding both buttons until you see clearing cache in the upper left and you can then enter a menu by hitting HOME on the keyboard. There is an option to do a factory reset. You will lose all user data by doing this factory reset of cache and data but it may just get your tablet back. There are some other posts on this in dev if you search. Good luck.
