Where do you live? Have heard others missing this straight out of the box. And seemed like it was country specific, can't remember which country though.

yeah its country specific. my one has it, but it doesnt work. thinking of removing it with titanium. maybe newer releases of the phone decided not to include it at all in countries not supported. makes sense
