I NEED TO KNOW IF I CAN PUT A FLASH 10.1 ON MY PHONE I DONT KNOW HOW I BEEN READING AND SOME SAID DIS ONE: flash_for_21.zip THAT I CAN GOGGLE IT AND DOWNLOAD AND TO MAKE MY IT A WIFFI SPOT TO USE(universal and root)app THEN GET THE (wireless tether)app. I WANT SOME HELP PLEASE ANY ONE:o
 
Yes you can but... you have to have a custom recovery in order to flash it. Plus I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure you have to have gingerbread (Android 2.3). So you would need to root, flash custom recovery and flash a custom ROM. I've read that some OV phones will play flash and some won't (mine won't but I'm still playing with it). I can't remember where I got mine but the name of the file is called FlashPlayerARMv6.zip.
