Ok my Nexus S phone is just not working, I was trying to change my background when it froze and it won't go back to normal. Its pretty much frozen, I can not touch the buttons or the touch screen it doesnt register, it wont let me type in the passcode as the touch screens not working. I have tried taking out the battery and putting it back in, charging it over night but nothings worked. It turns on fine, but then goes to my lock screen and I can't do the pass word. I don't know what to do. Its pretty new. Someone please help?
