Help HELP!!!!!! (please)

Hi (i'm a complete techno fail so bare with me)

I completed the new update on my Desre S on saturday via wifi, when i turned the wifi off and left the building i was in i lost all network capability other than messages and phone calls, but they were taking hours. I was left with no internet etc. I have taken the battery out, turhned off the network then on again taken the sim out etc... nothing works, i now have no signal at all!! naada, nothing, zilch!!

I have had similar problems to others with slow messages and reboots for no reason etc... but this has baffled me

any help would be appreciated!!

Here is what might possible fix this problem. Sometimes after updating a device, there might be some 'glitches' involved. Just to make sure the update was updated successfully (without any issues), doing a full reset usually fixes this kind of problem.

Follow these steps: From your home-screen > touch the menu key > settings > sd & phone storage -- scroll down to Factory Data Reset. keep in mind that this method will erase all data.
