Hi, click the soft button left of the home button> Wallpaper>Wallpaper Gallery> your choice. They are the stock ICS Wallpapers, at least on my phone they are.

thanks for the response. in my phone they are not there.... how to get ICS wall papers?

found a way out. located ICS stock wallpapers on the net... d/l and put them in gallery... and installed from there....
