my samsung tablet is stuck on the screen downloading do not turn off target! with a green android please help me get the screen off. this all started because my screen was stuck and i tried to fix it.
 
Hello and welcome to the forums :)

It seems that your tablet is stuck in Odin mode.
The easiest solution would be to perform a battery pull, but most tablets don't have removable batteries.

Does anything happen when you hold down the power button for ~10 seconds?
