Root help please!!

hi guys i got a htc one sv rooted but when i tried to reconect it with boost the lady delited something from the phone now i got stuck on boot screen i tried to reroot it but i only can acces to fastboot recovery on phone and my pc didnt detect my device any more i tried ti reinstall superuser vie the recovery it installed but i still been on the boot screen looks like she wipe the phone cna you help me please

I don't know who "the lady" is, but if you paid someone to root the phone, bring it back and ask her to fix what she broke. If she refuses, tell her that your attorney will bill HER, not YOU, to explain why she's legally required to fix what she broke.
 
i made my pc recognized my htc one but still dont know how to re install the rom and i rooted the lady just tried to do a reset of the phone hard to explain

Let this be a lesson. If you don't know how to do it, or don't understand what is being done. Then either learn, have someone teach you, or leave it alone. Do not have someone do it for you if in the end you walk away still clueless...
 
You need a Rom to flash within your custom recovery. Flash a Rom and you will have your device back.
 
I'm sending you a PM. Its a TWRP backup. If you use CWM then replace it with TWRP for K2_CL. Then take my backup and use it to restore your device.
 
im new on thos root stuff and i rooded my first tiem but when i wanted to reconet my service with boost mobile the person in charge on the store i dunno why she deleted something when she tried to reconected service

Your HBoot says 1.01. You are on ICS? My backup is for JB. It will work, but you will also need the firmware files to fix it. You will need an RUU to resolve your issue since you are S-On. An RUU would typically be useless for those who are S-On unless it were based on same Android OS or if upgrading. Which in your case, an upgrade. Google search android ruu. You will see the site. Go to it and search for K2. Look for an RUU that pertains to K2_CL only. It will say RUU in it. Do not bother with an OTA. They are different. You will need to run the RUU on your computer and have your device plugged in to your computer. It should restore your device, to include the firmware, as well as get you back up to 4.1.2 JB.

Yes, hold on and I will post the link for you. You can't mix the other K2 variants with our K2_CL device because their partitions are different. For example, their system partition is located at /dev/block/mmcblk0p33 and ours is /dev/block/mmcblk0p35. Also, their device is gsm while ours is cdma. Completely different. Be right back.
 
Fix your phone, because 4.2.2 is suppose to come to our device at the end of this month. I would recommend not messing with your phone again until you do some more in depth reading. Also, check out XDA. Some support can be found there as well. And if not sure of something, ask before you do it. Or Google like crazy and then apply common sense lol.

You do not need to be S-Off. You will need the proper fastboot files on your computer. Then you need to boot in to your bootloader. To do that, go to settings, then battery, scroll down, uncheck fast boot. Now power off your phone. Then press and hold your power and volume down key. When white screen filled with information shows up, select the option for fastboot. Now connect your device to your computer. On phone screen it should now say fastboot usb in red text. Run the fastboot file on your pc by opening your command window and changing directories to wherever you currently have your fastboot files located at. Now type in the command window and enter:

fastboot oem lock

Now go to your device and select the option for bootloader. Now look at the top of your screen and it should say, relocked. If it does, then your bootloader is locked now. You can proceed using the RUU.

Given your inexperience with androids, I do not recommend you going S-Off. Those who go S-Off normally are doing dev work of the sorts. Unless you plan to do so yourself, I would continue to remain S-On.

Using fastboot, and your device plugged in, type and enter:

You will see one of two things. A blank screen which means your device is not seen. Or a bunch of random letter and numbers which is your devices serial number. In which case, your device is seen (that is what you want). Try that, my computer tells me all the time that it doesn't recognize my device but adb and fastboot still pick it up :-)
 
ok my pc know recognized my phone and i did what you told me too do and i got my phobe tampered relocked but i still get not luck with RUU finished this what it say

the rom update utility cannot update your android phone. please get the correct rom update utility and try again

do you know what i need to do what im doing wrong?
