Root help please!!

Make sure the RUU is for K2_CL. Do not use K2_UL, K2_U, or K2_PLC_CL.
 
ok same error and now phone turn on and when i turn it off it turn on again with a new message ****security warning****
 
Boot into fastboot mode then relock your bootloader

fastboot oem lock

Then run the RUU while in fastboot mode....

Make sure you have your Unlock_code.bin from HTC handy to unlock your bootloader again after it's done if you wanna flash custom recovery and root again
 
i got he unlock code bin but before i root it again i want to fixed then read alot and learn then do it at this time i already download that ruu file from 4 places and still get same error

Put it in the same folder that has your fastboot files. Boot in to your fastboot. Then type and enter in the command window:

fastboot oem rebootRUU

Then, go ahead an type and enter:

fastboot flash zip nameofzip.zip

That zip file is the RUU. I pulled it from the .exe file. Its encrypted which allows someone to flash the zip when or if they have problems with the .exe file and also it allows those who are S-On to restore their device more easily.
 
no luck guys i did step by step
first i download and put on same folder the rom.zip in fastboot folder

then open command promt and typed fastboot oem rebootRUU and then fastboot flash zip rom.zip and i get the follow message

sending "zip" <616945 kb>
failed <remote: unknown command>
finished. total time 0.000s
