I have been getting this popup for the past week or so when I go back to the home screen from some apps. I have tried everything I can think of, including a factory reset, but it started doing it again. My assumption is that's it an app acting up. Possible? Is there a way to determine which app may be acting up? Other ideas??

Not able to. I have no idea where this easy home even came from. Possibly the latest update.

What app is that screenshot showing? The settings thing at the top is obscuring that vital information.

If it's an app that got installed somehow then if your settings allow Google to back up your phone (not contacts, but app data) it might just be reinstalling again after a reset. But that wouldn't explain why you can't just disable or uninstall it.

Since you mention updates as a theory, what phone/OS version/carrier?

I think I got it figured out. I installed Nova Launcher to inform me of any errors. It was an error with the connect to hotmail app.

That was probably my thread a week ago or so. Anything i did then seemed to be a temporary fix all week long. Reset my phone last night for no reason then. LOL
