Root help plz stuckon lg update screen

i dont know what happen and now its stuck on the screen i was in the middle testing flashing cwm and to see if flashing was the cause of losing sound and i feel asleep i upgrading back to zvc and when i came to my screen it was stuck on the up grading screen

can you get to recovery? try wiping all data then upgrade again

i cant do nothing when i pull battery and put back in it just goes right back to updating screen
