I am the developer of Bloat Freezer. You will need to either do what most people are suggesting, using the zip to reflash the missing apks. Or re-root your phone and email me at bloatfreezer@gmail.com and I can send you the apk (since you no longer have the market) so that you can use it to defrost what you froze.
