I take it your rooted? Give a wipe a try and restore your needed apps via titanium.

Ahh you edited the OP.

Since your not rooted, the kernel can't be Tweaked.

Have you tried a factory reset then?

ive try it 2 times already ... but still the same ? whats is kernel means ? my friends says i need to replace my kernel since samsung edit the original software from google , nexus is the original phone for android right ? and root is like jailbreak ?
