my step mom just gave me her optimus she got a new phone and she put the SD card from her samsung Craft into the optimus and it was not recognizing the SD card so I hit format and then mount SD card, well that did not work. the sd card would not mount. well i brought it to Metro PCS and the lady messed with it and tried 3 other SD cards and none of them worked and now since i brought it there it freezes every time I try to put in the SD card. any suggestions?

Get a new phone
do a master reset, if it doesnt work, turn it in for a warranty replacement.
