Root Help? Problems with CW Recovery and flashing SC2.9

So I was just trying to flash SC 2.9 over my current 2.8. I put the 2.9 zip onto my SD card, booted into recovery, and now I'm at a bit of a loss for what to do. I don't see any options for advanced settings to wipe the dalvik cache, and there's nothing there to install the 2.9 file. The options are to reboot, install update.zip (which isn't even on the memory card), clear data, and clear cache. If anyone could help, that would be great...

Sounds like you are actually in stock (blue) recovery...apply the update.zip to get into cwr
