Help Help - re-enabling data on Samsung Galaxy Tab

reworps

Lurker
Hi,

I've had the Galaxy Tablet for 2 months with no problems. Last week (as I was getting high on my monthly data allowance having accidentally downloaded a film via data rather than wifi!) I disabled data for a few days and have been using with wifi only.....no problems.

I've now tried re-enabling data and whatever I do, I can't get it to re-enable.
- I'm not over my monthly limit (still 200Mb to spare) so I'm happy it's not a restriction by my data SIM plan supplier.
- I've re-enabled "Use packet data" within my Mobile network settings (which is how I disabled it in the first place).
- I've switched Flight Mode on and off several times.....no change.
- I've checked my Juice Defender settings and data is enabled (have also turned Juice Defender off and checked data enabled but that makes no difference).
- The "Toggle mobile data" widget is showing data as 'ON'.

I'd appreciate any guidance - it's probably something simple I've missed!

R.

Welcome to the forums, reworps. I've moved your query to the support sub-forum of Samsung Galaxy Tab for you, where you're more likely to see informed responses coming from that device's users.
